Hi! I'm Sylwia
I’m a Yoga Teacher, Somatic Practitioner and a Brand Designer. My journey with yoga started in 2019, but it wasn’t until I travelled to India in 2023 to complete YTT200 that my life has transformed in so many ways, this is when I felt the calling to share this beautiful practice with anyone who seeks to learn and experience all depths of True Ancient Yoga Wisdom.
This is when La Viva Yoga was born, meaning Live in Harmony.

My professional background started with my BA’s Cultural Studies in Visual Communication, I immersed myself in the science behind how we perceive the world and how we react to stimuli the way we do and why. This deep interest led me to further studies in Human Design, Psychology, Subconscious mind, various philosophies and Inner Child Work. I explored Vedic principles of Meditation, Pranayama (breath control), Yoga Science and Spirituality and travelled to India to experience and learn movement, meditation and breath work as healing tools for our wellbeing.
This passion and interest took me on an interesting journey, Yoga Science being the final glue to connect all the pieces, and finally understand the meaning of life and how to achieve peace and harmony. Various practices helped me reconnect with my true self, build a discipline and resilience and become a higher version of myself in so many different ways I’d never even imagined possible. After years of dedicated study under experienced teachers and therapists and my personal healing, I realised I now need to share my experience and knowledge with others. With holistic Mind, Body, Soul approach, and connection with natural world and its remedies, I aim to help you settle your nervous system, break limiting beliefs and gain more confidence, clarity, and find your purpose in life.
Where you place your attention
is where you place your energy.

Your Journey
Let's reconnect with the inner wisdom, allowing the healing process to begin.
People learnt to think it is normal to have stress, diseases, problems and limitations within their bodies and mental states. But, our ancestors knew exactly what is the body capable of doing and the importance of stability and balance through different meditative practices. The body, mind and breath are interconnected with each other, through breath and meditation techniques we learn to self regulate and successfully bring harmony to our lives.
What is Yoga?
Most people when thinking about yoga, will imagine a flexible person, performing balancing or quite challenging poses - from this moment, decision is made whether it's something that you want to bring to your life. But, physical practice is only one part of yoga, and I'm here to break this common understanding, and show how Yoga wisdom is linked to our personal development, NLP and modern science.
Full perspective of yoga philosophy covers every part of living, which are branched on 8 limbs of yoga. Ancient Vedic knowledge and practice of yoga is backed up by science. It is the practice that works with our body, energy, nervous systems, breathing and mind. We clean the body from toxins and we balance our Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System to achieve harmony, control our fight or flight mechanisms and aid rest and digestion to allow our body and mind to rejuvenate. We learn self awareness, how to self regulate, to control our senses, and we establish acceptance, discipline, surrender, compassion and self love. Through different practices we reconnect with the source, allowing healing process to begin. Whilst of course improving mobility, flexibility and strength of our physical body.
Being part of the Whole
As a nation we tend to look at things in isolation. But, it is time to notice everything is linked with each other. Recognise the energy is everywhere and we are part of the whole - a complex structure we call universe. It is time to reconnect with ourselves and become conscious of this connection around us.
It is time to recognise we are the beginning and the end of our own experience.
"The only way we can change our lives is to change our energy – to change the electromagnetic field we are constantly broadcasting. In other words, to change our state of being, we have to change how we think and how we feel. The quantum field responds not to what we want; it responds to who we are being."
~ Joe Dispenza

You are exactly where you are meant to be.
I truly believe everything happens at the right time. If something isn’t happening it means there is another journey we need to first take to understand and experience life and to allow ourselves time and space to come back to the centre. To our true self. By doing so, we allow ourselves to grow and unlock our true potential; even if we are not yet aware of it.
If you are here then perhaps this is your next step in your journey and if you choose to, I will happily and with pleasure support you through the experience of yoga and all different methods it has to offer.
